1. Getting Started with Pack Smash
Pack Smash is a marketplace connecting collectors with trusted sellers. Create a free account to browse listings, save favorites, and make purchases from multiple vendors in one place.

2. How to Create an Account
Click “Sign Up” and enter your email and password. Verify your email address to activate your account. Once verified, you can start browsing and purchasing from our sellers.

3. Browsing the Marketplace
Use the search bar to find specific cards or browse by category, sport, year, or player. Each listing shows the seller’s name, condition details, and pricing. You can filter results to find exactly what you’re looking for.

4. Understanding Seller Profiles
Each seller has their own profile with ratings and reviews from previous buyers. Check seller feedback before purchasing to ensure you’re buying from reputable vendors. Verified sellers have badges displayed on their profiles.

5. Reading Product Listings
Sellers provide detailed descriptions including card condition, year, player, and any special features. Photos show the actual item you’ll receive. Read the full listing carefully before purchasing.

6. Adding Items to Your Cart
Click “Add to Cart” on any listing. You can purchase items from multiple sellers in a single transaction. Review your cart before checkout to ensure all items are correct.

7. Checkout Process
At checkout, enter your shipping address and payment information. Pack Smash securely processes payments. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and seller information.

8. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Your payment information is never shared with sellers.

9. Tracking Your Orders
View all your orders in your account dashboard. Each seller ships separately, so you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each vendor. Track packages directly from your order history.

10. Understanding Seller Policies
Each seller sets their own shipping methods, return policies, and processing times. Review the seller’s policies on their profile or listing page before purchasing. Policies vary by vendor.

11. Returns and Refunds
Return policies are set by individual sellers. Contact the seller directly through your order page to initiate a return. Pack Smash can assist with dispute resolution if needed.

12. Contacting Sellers
Use the “Contact Seller” button on any listing or order to send messages. Sellers typically respond within 24-48 hours. For urgent issues, check the seller’s profile for additional contact methods.

13. Leaving Reviews
After receiving your order, leave a review to help other buyers. Rate your experience with the seller and product quality. Your feedback helps maintain marketplace quality.

14. Managing Your Account
Access your account dashboard to update your profile, manage shipping addresses, view order history, and save payment methods. Edit your information anytime from the account settings page.

15. Creating a Wishlist
Save items to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon. Access your wishlist anytime from your account to track items you’re interested in. You’ll be notified if prices drop on wishlist items.

16. Understanding Marketplace Fees
Pack Smash charges sellers a platform fee. Buyers pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees at checkout – the price you see is what you pay.

17. Seller Communication Best Practices
When contacting sellers, be clear and specific about your questions. Include order numbers when discussing existing purchases. Most sellers respond quickly during business hours.

18. Dispute Resolution
If you have an issue with an order, first contact the seller directly. If you can’t resolve it, contact Pack Smash support and we’ll help mediate. Include order details and relevant documentation.

19. Account Security
Use a strong, unique password for your Pack Smash account. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for added security. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

20. Mobile Shopping Experience
The Pack Smash marketplace is fully mobile-responsive. Browse, purchase, and manage orders from any device. Access the same features whether you’re on desktop or mobile.

21. Saved Payment Methods
Securely save payment methods in your account for faster checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely. You can add, edit, or remove payment methods anytime.

22. Email Notifications
Manage your email preferences in account settings. Choose which notifications you receive including order updates, wishlist alerts, and marketplace news. Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

23. Understanding Seller Shipping
Sellers handle their own shipping and set their own rates. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed on each listing. Multiple orders from the same seller may qualify for combined shipping.

24. Product Condition Grades
Sellers use standard grading scales: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Very Good (VG), Good (G), and Poor (P). Check the listing description for detailed condition information.
