Pack Smash operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers of collectible cards. Because transactions occur directly between users, Pack Smash does not own, handle, or inspect any items listed on the platform. Our role is to provide a secure environment and payment system to facilitate these exchanges.

Pack Smash operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers of collectible cards. Because transactions occur directly between users, Pack Smash does not own, handle, or inspect any items listed on the platform. Our role is to provide a secure environment and payment system to facilitate these exchanges.
1. General Policy
All sales made through Pack Smash are considered final once confirmed by both buyer and seller. Pack Smash does not offer direct refunds or returns on behalf of users. However, exceptions may apply in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-delivery.
2. Buyer Protections
Buyers are encouraged to carefully review item descriptions and images before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, counterfeit, or significantly different from the description, the buyer must contact the seller within 72 hours of delivery.
If the seller fails to respond or resolve the issue within 5 business days, the buyer may contact Pack Smash Support (support@packsmah.com Pack Smash will mediate the dispute in good faith and may, at its discretion, issue a refund if the claim is verified and both parties comply with investigation requirements.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are required to:
- Accurately describe the condition and authenticity of all items.
- Ship sold items within the stated timeframe using traceable methods.
- Respond to buyer concerns promptly and professionally.
If a seller is found to have shipped counterfeit, damaged, or misrepresented items, Pack Smash reserves the right to refund the buyer and deduct the refund amount from the seller’s balance or future sales, in addition to suspending or terminating the seller’s account.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on the buyer’s financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Transactions
Pack Smash does not issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect authenticity.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Transactions completed outside of Pack Smash’s payment system.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Buyers must contact Pack Smash support before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks without mediation through Pack Smash may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
7. Final Authority
All refund decisions made by Pack Smash after investigation are considered final. Pack Smash reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
